STATE LEGISLATIVE AFFAIRS &

THIRD PARTY ADVOCACY

The success of MOA & AOA legislative advocacy relies upon the KEY PERSON PROGRAM.

The Program matches optometrists with the legislators who represent them in Annapolis and in Washington D.C. to form a strong grassroots network that can effectively educate key policy makers about legislative issues on the State and federal level that can impact the profession of optometry. A strong grassroots network is essential to the success of any advocacy effort.  Please get involved TODAY by contacting the MOA Executive Director Jennifer Cohen or MOA Pres-Elect and Key Person Chair, Dr. Dean Gogerdchi.
